APPOINTING MARLEN PEREZ TO THE CENTRE ADVISORY BOARD
BE IT RESOLVED that Marten Perez be and is hereby appointed as a member of the Centre
Advisory Board to fulfill the unexpired term of Cristina Castro, for a term to expire July 1,2006.
