RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PLAT OF VACATION AND GRANT OF
EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY PURPOSES FROM
THE GROVE AT RANDALL, L.L.C.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby
authorized to execute the Plat of Vacation and Easement for The Grove, prepared by
Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd., dated April 28, 2005 and revised on May 6, 2005 and
June 2, 2005, a copy of which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the Plat of Vacation and Easement for The Grove to be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County, Illinois.
