RATIFYING THE EXECUTION OF A COMMERCIAL LEASE AGREEMENT
(122 S. Grove Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby ratifies the execution of a Commercial Lease Agreement by Ed Schock,Mayor,and Dolonna
Mecum,City Clerk, for the premises commonly known as 122 S. Grove Avenue,Elgin,Illinois,a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
