RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
SPEBSQSA
(Barbershop Quartet)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with SPEBSQSA(Barbershop
Quartet)for a$3,257 grant for operating support pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and
Culture Grants Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
