RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH
ELGIN CHORAL UNION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Olufemi Folarin,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Elgin Choral Union for a
$5,833 grant for one performance of Brahms'A German Requiem on May 21,2005 pursuant to the
Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program,a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference.
