RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT
(Portion of 110-112 Villa Street and Adjacent Abandoned Union Pacific Railroad Line)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Elgin Turners, for the
purchase of property commonly known as a portion of 110-112 Villa Street and a portion of the
adjacent abandoned Union Pacific Railroad Line, Elgin, for $68,000, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
