RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT WITH
REESE RECREATION PRODUCTS, INC. FOR THE PURCHASE OF
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT FOR WING PARK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
David M. Dorgan,City Manager,be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement
on behalf of the City of Elgin with Reese Recreation Products, Inc. for the purchase of playground
equipment for Wing Park, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
