RESOLUTION
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR COPPER SPRINGS SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the preliminary plat prepared by V3 Consultants dated August 19,2002 and revised
September 18,2002, October 14,2002,November 13,2002,August 27,2003, February 13,2004,
March 3,2004,March 19,2004 and March 23,2004 for Copper Springs Subdivision. The approval
granted by this resolution is tentative in nature, involving the general acceptability of the layout as
submitted,and shall not qualify the plat for recording. Application for final approval shall be made
not later than one year after the date of this resolution and must be supported by such drawings,
specifications and monetary assurance as may be necessary to demonstrate compliance with
applicable statutes and ordinances.
