RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE AGREEMENT
(573 N. Crystal Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock,Mayor,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby respectively authorized and
directed to execute a written lease agreement with Kinney Electric Manufacturing Co. for the
premises commonly known as 573 N. Crystal Street, Elgin, Illinois, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
