RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT AGREEMENT
WITH MOTOROLA, INC. FOR THE COMPUTER AIDED DISPATCH SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that
David M. Dorgan, City Manager,be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Maintenance
and Support Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Motorola, Inc. for the computer aided
dispatch system, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
