RESOLUTION
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR PULTE EDGEWATER
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the preliminary plat prepared by Land Vision, Inc. dated June 6, 2002, revised
July 15,2002 and identified as Exhibit D2 and Drawing Number 99105_P3B for Pulte Edgewater.
The approval granted by this resolution is tentative in nature,involving the general acceptability of
the layout as submitted, and shall not qualify the plat for recording. Application for final approval
must be supported by such drawings,specifications and monetary assurance as may be necessary to
demonstrate compliance with applicable statutes and ordinances.
