RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT WITH
THE YMCA OF GREATER ELGIN
(111 Channing Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock,Mayor,and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with The YMCA of Greater
Elgin, for the purchase of property located at 111 Channing Street, Elgin, for$250,000, a copy of
which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
