RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT WITH
THE FOX BLUFF CORPORATE CENTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION
(South McLean Boulevard and Bowes Road)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Real Estate Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Fox Bluff Corporate
Center Property Owners Association, for the purchase of property located at South McLean
Boulevard and Bowes Road, Elgin, for$1,500, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
