RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A LEASE EXTENSION AGREEMENT
WITH QPS STAFFING SERVICES, INC.
(247 Fulton Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock,Mayor,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby respectively authorized and
directed to execute a written lease extension agreement with QPS Staffing Services, Inc. for the
premises commonly known as 247 Fulton Street,Elgin,Illinois,a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
