RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RELEASE OF GRANT OF EASEMENTS
FOR FLOOD CONTROL AND EMBANKMENT PURPOSES AT
RANDALL ROAD AND BRINKMAN DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock,Mayor,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Release of Grant of Easements for flood control and embankment purposes for the property
located at Randall Road and Brinkman Drive and identified in Document Number 162630 dated
November 2, 1982 and recorded in the office of the Kane County Recorder of Deeds, a copy of
which is attached hereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause
the Release of Grant of Easements to be recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane
County, Illinois.
