RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EQUIPMENT PURCHASE AND SUPPORT
AGREEMENT WITH DIGITAL SAFETY TECHNOLOGIES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
David M.Dorgan,City Manager,be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute an Equipment
Purchase and Support Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Digital Safety Technologies,
Inc. for a surveillance system for the police department,a copy of which is attached hereto and made
a part hereof by reference.
