RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE JANUS THEATRE
(Stage Traffic Theatre Festival)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
David M.Dorgan,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Janus Theatre for a
$3,640 grant for performances of Stage Traffic Theatre Festival, pursuant to the Cultural Arts
Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
