RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A MASSAGE THERAPIST SERVICES AND LEASE
AGREEMENT WITH DARLENE AUGUST
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
David M.Dorgan,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Massage Therapist Services and Lease Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin
with Darlene August for massage therapy services at The Centre,a copy of which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference.
