RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH HEARTLAND VOICES
(Home is Where the Heart Is)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
David M.Dorgan,City Manager,and Dolonna Mecum,City Clerk,be and are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Heartland Voices for a
$4,860 grant for performances of Home is Where the Heart Is pursuant to the Cultural Arts
Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program,a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
