(120 Kimball Street) BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it hereby accepts a Declaration of Easement for sanitary sewer and water main purposes from Kimball- Elgin, L.L.C. for the property legally described therein, a copy of which is attached hereto.
