RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(64 S. State Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that
Ed Schock,Mayor,be and is hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sales Contract
on behalf of the City of Elgin with Esther Sanchez,for the purchase of property commonly known as
64 S. State Street,Elgin,for$165,000,a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference.
