RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE ELGIN YOUTH SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
(Prelude Orchestra and Philhamonia)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that David M. Dorgan, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Elgin
Youth Symphony Orchestra for a $1, 425 grant for the production
of Prelude Orchestra and Philhamonia pursuant to the Cultural
Arts Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program, a copy of which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
