RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH
THE VILLAGE OF BARTLETT AND LAKEWOOD HOMES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute an
Intergovernmental Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the
Village of Bartlett and Lakewood Homes, Inc . for the disconnection
from the City of Elgin of a 3 . 73 acre parcel of land located in the
vicinity of Bartlett and Gifford Roads, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
