RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
INNOTECH LABORATORIES INC. FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF 2760 SPECTRUM DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk,
be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Development Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with
InnoTech Laboratories Inc. for the development of a
manufacturing facility for the production and sales of its Inn
Vision System at the property located at 2760 Spectrum Drive, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
reference .
