RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN UNITS 1, 9 AND 10 OF WILLOW BAY SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance the
underground and surface improvements, which include sanitary sewer,
water main, storm sewer, street lighting, pavement and
appurtenances within the public right of way in Units 1, 9 and 10
of Willow Bay Subdivision.
