RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE CERTAIN UNDERGROUND
IMPROVEMENTS IN WILLOW BAY CLUB
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance certain
underground improvements, which include the water main and sanitary
sewer improvements in the planned unit development Willow Bay Club
Subdivision.
