RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE
DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT
OF 2760 SPECTRUM DRIVE BY INNOTECH LABORATORIES INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a grant agreement with the State of Illinois
Department of Commerce and Community Affairs for a grant for the
development of 2760 Spectrum Drive by InnoTech Laboratories
Inc . , a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference .
