RESOLUTION
APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT FOR THE TRADITIONS AT FITCHIE CREEK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,ILLINOIS,that it
hereby approves the General Development Plan prepared by the Lannert Group,dated April 20,2003
and revised July 28, 2003 and the preliminary plat prepared by Cowhey Gudmundson Leder, Ltd.
dated April 21, 2003 and revised October 23, 2003 and December 4, 2003 for The Traditions at
Fitchie Creek. The approval granted by this resolution is tentative in nature,involving the general
acceptability of the layout as submitted,and shall not qualify the plat for recording. Application for
final approval shall be made not later than one year after the date of this resolution and must be
supported by such drawings, specifications and monetary assurance as may be necessary to
demonstrate compliance with applicable statutes and ordinances.
