RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A BILL OF SALE FOR A SANITARY SEWER LINE
(850 North State Street)
WHEREAS, Amcore Investment Group, N.A. , as Trustee under Trust
Agreement dated 23 June 1998 and known as Trust Number 98-12995,
has agreed to convey a certain sanitary sewer line to the City of
Elgin; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the City of Elgin to
accept said sanitary sewer line .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a Bill of Sale from
Amcore Investment Group, N.A. , as Trustee under Trust Agreement
dated 23 June 1998 and known as Trust Number 98-12995 to the City
of Elgin for the sanitary sewer line described in Exhibit A
attached hereto.

in consideration of tan dollars arrd other valuable consideration paid to Amore investment
Group, N.A., as Trustee under Trust Agreement dated 23 June 1998 and known as Trust Num-
ber 98-12995 ("Seiler''}, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Seller does hereby sell and
transfer to the City of Elgin, an Illinois municipal corporation ('Buyer"), the sanitary sewer line and
all of hs related appurtenances located on the real property commonly known as 850 North State
Street, Elgin, Kane County, Illinois, and as legally described in Exhibit A, attached to incorporated
into this bill of sate by reference, and also as depicted on the plat of survey attached as Exhibit B,
Fetached to an incorporated into this bill of sale by reference.
To have an to hold personal property unto the Buyer ena its administrators and assigns
forever. The Seller covenants that it is the lawful owner of t?r3 sewer line and its related appurte-
nances as herein descrioed; that the Seller has the lawful right to sell and dispose of the property.
