RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ABROGATION OF EASEMENT FOR
DRAINAGE PURPOSES AT 1700 BRITANNIA DRIVE IN THE
SLOUGH BUSINESS CENTER II SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an Abrogation of Easement for drainage purposes
at 1700 Britannia Drive in the Slough Business Center II
Subdivision for the property legally described on Exhibit A, a copy
of which is attached hereto .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the Abrogation of Easement to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County,
Illinois .

ABROGATION OF EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that, The City of Elgin, an Illinois
municipal corporation, for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby abrogate and release that certain easement
described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, made pursuant to that
certain Plat of Subdivision recorded in Kane County Illinois on October 25, 2001 as
Document Number 2001K111976.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have duly executed this Release of Easement
as of the date first above written.

Easement for 1700 Britannia Drive should be forwarded to you for recording with the Kane
County Recorder's Office. Accordingly, said executed document is enclosed for that purpose.
