RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(417 Lovell Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Macario Arroyo
and Amalia Arroyo, for the purchase of property commonly known as
417 Lovell Street, Elgin, for $185, 000, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
