RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE YWCA OF ELGIN
(Solstice Celebration)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the
YWCA of Elgin for a $1, 983 grant for the Solstice Celebration
program pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture
Grants Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
