RESOLUTION
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Richard A. Grieger be and is hereby appointed as
chairman of the Cultural Arts Commission, for a term to expire
November 1, 2004 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Herbert Gross be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission, for a term
to expire November 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that David Powers be and is hereby
reappointed as a member of the Cultural Arts Commission, for a term
to expire November 1, 2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Kimberly Bless be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Hemmens Advisory Board to fulfill the
unexpired term of Jan Payne Kilgard, for a term to expire May 1,
2006 .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Susan Angell-Case be and is hereby
appointed as a member of the Planning and Development Commission to
fulfill the unexpired term of Charles A. Gruber, for a term to
expire July 1, 2004 .
