RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE OPERA PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINERS
REPERTOIRE ASSOCIATION
(Paris in Elgin and 3% Tenors & Lady Diva)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, and Dolonna
Mecum, City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to
execute a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the
Opera Professional Entertainers Repertoire Association for a $2, 000
grant for the performances of Paris in Elgin and 3% Tenors & Lady
Diva pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture
Grants Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
