RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT
(429 Jay Street)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Luis Zuniga,
Mario Yepez and Bertha Valle, for the purchase of property commonly
known as 429 Jay Street, Elgin, for $172, 500, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
