An appraisal for this easement was conducted by Neil Steffens & Assoc. , Ltd. The cost for the purchase of both the permanent and temporary construction easement is $48, 900 which has been accepted by Fox 2000 LLC. ►- - ACQUISITION OF WATER MAIN EASEMENT August 22, 2003 Page 2 COMMUNITY GROUPS/INTERESTED PERSONS CONTACTED Fox 2000 LLC \ FINANCIAL IMPACT The cost for the easement is $48, 900 .
