BACKGROUND
Woodland Meadows East Subdivision is a planned unit development,

Subdivision) . It is a single cul-de-sac street named Fawn Lane .
The development consists of 32 units in 8 buildings .
All public and quasi public improvements have been completed and
inspected by City staff . In accordance with the City' s
procedures, MFB Development/Charles Miller Realty, as developer,
is requesting that the City of Elgin accept the sanitary sewer
and water main for City ownership and maintenance. Acceptance
of these utilities will add approximately 310 lineal feet of 12"
water main, 545 lineal feet of 8" water main, and 688 lineal
feet of 8" sanitary sewer to the City maintained facilities .
The homeowners association will own and maintain storm water
facilities, streets and lighting.
