RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE THE UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN RANDALL POINT EXECUTIVE CENTER
PHASE 2 SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance the
underground and surface improvements, which include storm sewers,
sanitary sewers, water mains, pavement and street lights in Randall
Point Executive Center Phase 2 Subdivision.
