RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING A DEED FROM MULBERRY GROVE L.L.C. FOR A PARK
WHEREAS, Mulberry Grove L.L.C. has agreed to convey certain
real property for park purposes to the City of Elgin; and
WHEREAS, the addition of said property to the public property
owned by the City of Elgin will benefit the city and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts the special warranty
deed of Mulberry Grove L.L.C. to the City of Elgin for the property
located within Mulberry Grove Subdivision, Elgin, Illinois, and
legally described as follows :
Lot 173 in Mulberry Grove Unit 2 , being a
subdivision of part of the North Half of the Southwest
Quarter and of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest
Quarter of Section 33, Township 41 North, Range 8 East of
the Third Principal Meridian, according to the plat
thereof recorded on February 27, 2002 as Document Number
2002K028977 in City of Elgin, Kane County, Illinois .
PIN: 06-33-331-010
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to record the special warranty deed herein
described in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County,
Illinois .
