RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE CONTRACT
(573 N. Crystal Avenue)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN, ILLINOIS,
that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be and are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate Sale
Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Kinney Electric
Manufacturing Co. , for the sale of property commonly known as
573 N. Crystal Avenue, Elgin, for $456, 000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
