RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALE AGREEMENT
WITH THE FOREST PRESERVE DISTRICT OF KANE COUNTY
(Bluff Spring Subdivision)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Real Estate Sale Agreement on behalf of the
City of Elgin with the Forest Preserve District of Kane County, for
the sale of property commonly known as Lots 12 and 13 of Bluff
Spring Subdivision, Elgin, for $600, 000, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
