RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO AN AGREEMENT WITH
METCALF & EDDY, INC. FOR THE LYLE AVENUE PUMP REPLACEMENT
AND RIVERSIDE PUMP ADDITION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to execute Amendment No. 2 to an
Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Metcalf & Eddy, Inc .
for the Lyle Avenue Pump Replacement and Riverside Pump Addition
Project, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof
by reference .
