RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH ELGIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE
(Temporal Sculpture)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that David M. Dorgan, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Elgin
Community College for a $10, 920 grant for the completion and
installation of a sculpture entitled Temporal pursuant to the
Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture Grants Program, a copy
of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
