RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH HEARTLAND VOICES
(Sing for a Cure, A Proclamation of Hope)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with Heartland
Voices for a $2 , 513 grant for a performance of "Sing for a Cure, A
Proclamation of Hope" pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts
and Culture Grants Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and
made a part hereof by reference .
