RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CULTURAL ARTS COMMISSION
GRANT AGREEMENT WITH THE ELGIN SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
(Carmina Burana)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Joyce A. Parker, City Manager, and Dolonna Mecum,
City Clerk, be and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a
Grant Agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin with the Elgin
Symphony Orchestra for a $2 , 526 grant for performances of Carmina
Burana pursuant to the Cultural Arts Commission Arts and Culture
Grants Program, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference.
