RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A REAL ESTATE SALES CONTRACT WITH
ELGIN TOWNSHIP
(725 S . McLean Boulevard)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, and Dolonna Mecum, City Clerk, be
and are hereby authorized and directed to execute a Real Estate
Sales Contract on behalf of the City of Elgin with Elgin Township,
for the purchase of property commonly known as 725 S . McLean
Boulevard, Elgin, for $157, 500 . 00, a copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof by reference .
