RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
WATER SERVICE B-BOXES FROM THE TOLLGATE BUSINESS CENTER LLC AND
THE TOLLGATE BUSINESS CENTER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that it hereby accepts a grant of easement for water
service B-boxes, a copy of which is attached hereto, from the
Tollgate Business Center LLC and The Tollgate Business Center
Condominium Association for the property legally described as
follows:
Lot 11 in North Elgin Industrial Plaza, being a
subdivision of parts of Sections 33 and 34 North, Range 8
East of the Third Principal Meridian, in the City of
Elgin, Kane County, Illinois.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the grant of easement to be
recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds of Kane County,
Illinois .
