RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR
REGULATING MOTOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC AT SIERRA RIDGE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Ed Schock, Mayor, be and is hereby authorized and
directed to execute an agreement on behalf of the City of Elgin
with the Sierra Ridge Condominium Association for the regulation
of motor vehicle traffic at Sierra Ridge, a copy of which is
attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
