RESOLUTION
ACCEPTING FOR MAINTENANCE CERTAIN UNDERGROUND AND SURFACE
IMPROVEMENTS IN THE FOX RIDGE TOWNHOMES SUBDIVISION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that the City of Elgin hereby accepts for maintenance the
underground and surface improvements in the Fox Ridge Townhomes
Subdivision consisting of 1960 lineal feet of water main, 1074
lineal feet of sanitary sewer main, 1762 lineal feet of storm sewer
main, 4 street lights and 750 lineal feet of street . For purposes
of clarification, the City of Elgin is not accepting improvements
in the Fox Ridge Townhomes Subdivision consisting of that portion
of the storm sewer system located between structures 7 and 18 as
identified in the Engineering Plans for the subdivision or water
service lines, sanitary sewer lateral lines or storm sewer service
lines as well as any other improvements outside of the limits of a
public right-of-way dedicated to the City of Elgin or a City of
Elgin easement .
