RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO U-STOR-IT FOR
WATER MAIN INSTALLATION ON STEEL STREET AND OWASCO AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ELGIN,
ILLINOIS, that Olufemi Folarin, Interim City Manager, be and is
hereby authorized and directed to reimburse U-Stor-It Elgin, LLC,
the developer of the U-Stor-It facility on Steel Street, for the
installation of a water main within Steel Street between Jerusha
Avenue and Owasco Avenue and within Owasco Avenue between Steel
Street and Clifford Street in the City of Elgin, in the sum of
$47, 536 . 00 .
